The KTM 250 EXC is built with the ideal combination of performance and weight. Improved performance with a completely revamped chassis, with a new frame and upgrades the lightest enduro in the E2 class. As models before KTM 125 EXC and KTM 200 EXC, its new bodywork with the very slim seat and spoiler lines, plus excellent contact points, making handling even simpler and more precise, make perfects the bike’s ergonomics. Completely to others motocross range such as KTM 250 SX and KTM 250 SXF. The longer rear fender protects the rider even more effectively from swirled up stones. It provides more progression with new and lighter cast aluminium swing-arm that accommodates the shock absorber more centrally, a new setting 7 mm (0.28 in) longer PDS shock absorber with adjustable rebound and high/low-speed compression damping. KTM 250 EXC Features

Engine and Transmission – The responsiveness of the high-torque two-stroke machine can be varied in three stages by replacing springs in the TVC exhaust controller. The rider can also choose between two different ignition curves by a plug or an optional switch. The redesigned air-box and the flow-optimized intake flange between the air-box and the carburetor now ensure even better charging with fresh gas and its results in even freer revving and even more power in all rev ranges for the most powerful two-stroke machine. 6-speed gear transmission with claw shifted and primary gear (26:72), final drive (14:50)/(13:50). Wet multi-disc clutch/hydraulically operated clutch.
Chassis and Suspension – The KTM 250 EXC’s frame is made from high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel that is characterized by even greater lateral stiffness. It’s also better at absorbing jolts introduced by the suspension system, whereby the playful handling and comfort. It’s equipped with the latest WP upside-down fork with a new setting and wider adjustment ranges. More playful handling and precision with sensitive responsiveness and outstanding damping of the open-cartridge fork with 48mm outer tubes. The new wheels have CNC-machined hubs, Excel rims, zinc/nickel-coated spokes and aluminium nipples. They reduce the unsprung and gyroscopic masses, hence bolstering the playful handling of the new KTM 250 EXC.
